Ms. Upoma Younus is an accomplished strategic business leader with a strong background in partnership development, market growth, and organizational strategy. She graduated with distinction in English Literature from Daffodil International University in 2019.

Before joining Chetona, she served as Strategic Business Manager at Aurora Infratech Limited (2021–2024), where she played a pivotal role in shaping growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives.

At Chetona, Ms. Upoma leads Strategic Business & Partnerships with a core focus on driving sustainable organizational growth. Her work centers on identifying and evaluating potential partners, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and managing long-term strategic alliances that enhance revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen institutional capabilities. She acts as the central liaison for partner collaborations, ensuring seamless execution and measurable value creation across the organization
