Md. Saifuzzaman is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with nearly twenty years of continuous service in the development and microfinance sector. Since joining the organization in 2005, he has advanced through a series of finance and accounting roles, demonstrating exceptional reliability, analytical discipline, and operational leadership.

In his current capacity Assistant Director  , Saifuzzaman leads core financial operations, including budget formulation, donor reporting, expenditure verification, payroll administration, bank reconciliation, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. His work ensures full compliance with PKSF and MRA financial standards, supporting the organization’s transparency and fiduciary integrity.

Saifuzzaman has managed financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of donor-funded programs—such as Housing, Enrich, Probin, Adolescent Development, and Training Centre initiatives—providing rigorous oversight of fund utilization and financial controls. He also contributes to organizational efficiency through inventory oversight, vehicle and logistics coordination, and effective support to internal and external audit teams.

His professional development includes a comprehensive set of specialized trainings from PKSF, MRA, ICAB, InM, and CDF, covering financial management, microfinance operations, accounting systems, VAT and tax compliance, and software-based monitoring.

Saifuzzaman holds an M.Com in Management and is recognized for his commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. His long-standing service and expertise make him an integral part of the organization’s financial leadership and operational resilience.
