Mr. Azad has demonstrated significant proficiency in both strategic innovation—including leading the launch of key financial products —and robust operational oversight, managing substantial portfolios and leading dynamic teams. With expertise honed in previous management roles, he is a key driver of strategic innovation, skilled in leading the end-to-end process of introducing successful new products—including a loan product resulting in BDT 800 crore disbursed—and managing a significant microfinance portfolio valued at BDT 25,000 crore.

Mr. Azad’s strong foundation in finance (BBA) and ongoing Master’s in Development Studies is complemented by his dedication to social work as a founder member of the organization ‘Bondhuta’, underscoring his commitment to sustainable program development and operational integrity.
