Before joining Chetona, Rabeya served as a Consultant at Buro Bangladesh, specializing in Income Tax and VAT compliance and providing guidance on NBR-related issues. She also holds significant experience as an Editor & Publisher for Banglakotha, where she managed administration, HR, and public relations.

Rabeya is further committed to social welfare, actively working with Save the Village (a Govt. approved Social Welfare Organization). She holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy, and is currently pursuing an LL.B.
